Everest Panorama Trek -Trip Overview

The panoramic trekking on Mount Everest is a less strenuous trek at the foot of the Everest region, which takes off from the tiny airstrip from Kathmandu to Lukla for 35 minutes. This trekking takes place along the Tengboche Monastery (3,860 m) that leads to Lukla and Namche Bazaar. This is a short trek where you can admire the highest snow-capped peaks in the world, including Mount Everest Trekking, Mount Lhotse, Mount Thamserku and Mount Amadablam. Visit a series of Sherpa villages surrounded by prayer flags waving and glistening snow peaks. The popular myth of “Shangri-La” seems too real.

Everest Panorama trekking is an excellent introduction to Sherpa lifestyle, country culture and beautiful mountain views.  For first time hiker in Nepal, this is a popular destination.  This is Suitable for those who do not have enough time to travel long distances in the mountains and want to see Mount Everest.

Breakfast and dinner will be served at the tea house or the house menu, where we will spend the night and lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be served during the trek and at Kathmandu, only breakfast will be served. The hotel will also offer welcome and farewell dinner for the guest.

Is it possible for me?

Everest Panorama Trek is a moderate trek but it is suitable for passionate walkers who have the ability to walk at least 4-5 hours a day with a light rucksack.at least the trekker need to be prepared physically and mentally as you might even need to walk 8 to 9 hours each day. Walking in higher altitude is more physically demanding than walking in the lower altitudes; however, if we have good health with average physical fitness, positive attitude, self-confidence and strong determination, we can accomplish the trek successfully. It will be better to have exercised and jogging regularly before embark on the trek to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience is preferred but no technical skill is required. It is important that we consult with our doctor before booking this trek. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood disease should inform Himalayan Adventure Nepal before booking the trek.
