The one-day Kathmandu Bike Tour offers participants the opportunity to learn about the rich culture of the Kathmandu Valley, which is also full of historical sites, ancient temples, shrines and charming villages. Through our bicycle tour, you will not only be part of the splendor, but you will also have the opportunity to interact with locals along the way.
Our day will begin with a satisfying breakfast and then you will cycle to the Chobhar Gorge, which is 9 km southwest of the Kathmandu Valley. Here, you will learn about the myths and legends that form around the valley. You will also visit the Adinath Temple at the top of the hill to enjoy the picturesque views of the valley.
Then we drive to Kirtipur, an old town on the crest 10 km southwest of the valley. We will pass through the narrow alleys of the ancient cities and admire the old sanctuaries, temples and typical traditional houses in the valley. You will also observe the traditional lifestyle of urban residents and taste the local cuisine.
